Description:

A highly specialized offline-first Android application, designed to digitize and streamline operational tracking in mining quarries. Built to replace pen-and-paper logs, the app allows workers to accurately track equipment performance, bucket counts, and shift time management.

Technical and Design Features:

Shift Setup & Initialization: A comprehensive start screen where workers input their Full Name, Shift Number, Polygon Name, Device Number, and select the specific equipment (type, quantity, and model numbers) they will be operating for the shift.

Real-Time Dashboard & Logging: The main screen acts as a live control panel. It displays the start time, total work time, and total downtime. Each piece of equipment is represented by its own block with a dedicated "+Подача" (Feed/Bucket) button, which instantly logs the exact time of the action and increments the bucket count.

Downtime Management: Includes a global "Остановка" (Stop) button. Clicking it opens a modal window to select a downtime reason (Lunch, Wash, Shift Change, or Other). The system automatically starts a downtime timer, and the button morphs into "В работу" (Back to Work). Upon resuming, the app logs the specific duration and reason.

Data Structure & Reporting: The app maintains both individual logs for each piece of equipment and a unified "Operation History" (История операций) showing a chronological timeline of all feeds and stops. The "Report" screen aggregates totals for buckets and times.

Offline-First & Data Export: Recognizing that quarries often have poor connectivity, the app stores all data locally using SQLite. At the end of the shift, users can generate an XLSX report. This file can be transferred locally (via USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or FTP) or uploaded via a REST API to a central server for easy retrieval and Excel processing on other devices.

A highly reliable and efficient field tool that eliminates manual errors, ensures transparent shift reporting, and provides quarry managers with accurate, exportable data for payroll and operational efficiency, even in the most remote and offline environments.
