Description:

This project is a B2B website for the company "RUSA," which manufactures and repairs conveyor rollers. The site was developed on the WordPress CMS with a fully custom theme built from scratch, without using pre‑made templates.

The main goal of the site is not just to showcase the product, but to effectively collect inquiries from technical specialists and engineers by demonstrating the economic benefits of purchasing these components.

Key Features and Functionality:

Strict Industrial Design: A minimalist style is used, with a white background, dark grey blocks, and an accent bright orange color (for calls to action). This creates a sense of reliability, engineering, and professionalism.

Interactivity and Animations: The site is designed with a focus on engagement.

Hovering over elements (e.g., when exploring the structure of a roller or bearing) triggers animations and tooltips.

Sections smoothly adapt to scrolling.

Animated "exploded view" diagrams (see the screenshot showing the roller breakdown into parts with prices and quantities) visually demonstrate the product's construction.

In‑Depth Product Breakdown: The site details problems (bearing wear, conveyor downtime), benefits (saving up to 80% of the budget when repairing versus purchasing a new roller), and includes a full SWOT analysis.

Interactive 3D Diagrams and Drawings: Instead of plain text descriptions, detailed component diagrams (bearing housing, labyrinth seal) are implemented. Hovering over specific points on the parts reveals detailed specifications and technical explanations.

Conversion Elements (Modal Windows): Instead of redirecting to separate pages, inquiries are collected through polished modal windows.

The following forms have been implemented:

• "Submit a Request" (with the option to attach bank details)
• "Download Presentation" (collecting contacts in exchange for a PDF file)
• "Request Drawings" (an additional touchpoint for those who want to manufacture the part themselves)
• The "Open Standard Sizes" button opens an interactive compatibility table for parts and diameters.

Client Map: To build trust, an interactive map of Russia and the CIS with markers has been placed in the "Our Clients" section, showing the company's delivery geography.

Result:

Technically, the site is built as a single‑page site with anchor navigation, but with a full section structure (Problem/Solution, SWOT, Savings, Parts, Housing, Seal, Our Clients, Contacts). Thanks to the custom WordPress development, all complex components work perfectly on any device, and visual and hover effects make a dry technical product come alive and engaging for the user.
